Considered and approved Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the\r\nquarter ended on 31st December 2023 and took note of Limited Review Report thereon, in terms\r\nof Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015;\r\n\r\nThe meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 5.30 p.m. and concluded at 9.30 pm
